Information we collect
- Details you give us: name, email, phone, pickup and delivery details and messages when you request a quote, book a job, use live chat or contact us.
- Website visit data: pages visited and the time spent on each, how you arrived (search, ad, link), your IP address, approximate location (city/region from your IP), device, browser and operating system, screen size, language and basic device characteristics (such as screen density, number of processor cores and connection type). We collect this from your first visit so we can improve the site and measure our advertising. You can opt out at any time (see below). If you are in the European Union, the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we collect it only if you accept.
- Anonymous page counts: if you opt out, or have not accepted in the regions above, we only count that a page was viewed. No cookie, identifier or IP address is stored for this.
Cookies and similar technology
We store a record of your choice and, while analytics is on, a random visitor and session identifier in your browser. Marketing tools (such as HubSpot) load only while analytics and marketing are on. You can opt out or change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
How we use it
- To respond to quotes, bookings and enquiries, and to provide our services.
- To understand which pages and campaigns work, fix problems and improve the site.
- To detect bots, spam and abuse, and keep the site secure.
Service providers
We use providers who process data for us, including Cloudflare (security, delivery and spam checks), PostHog and our own analytics (site usage), HubSpot (customer relationship management and marketing), Google (maps and address search) and Cloudflare Turnstile (spam checks). Some are located outside Australia, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
Visit data is kept for up to 90 days; IP addresses are removed after 30 days. Enquiry and booking records are kept as needed for our business and legal obligations. Support chat context is cleared on a similar schedule.
Your choices and rights
You can access or correct the personal information we hold, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent for analytics and marketing at any time. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
